After the checkout process, you will receive an email confirmation from Deeveeant containing your order details. We will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering – Please note occasionally some order confirmation emails may take a little longer. Fulfillment and shipping of goods from our facility is done daily.
Orders weighing up to 13 Oz Total Shipping Weight - Are shipped out via USPS First Class Mail within 24-48 hours of your purchase. Domestic orders including APO/FPO/DPO can expect delivery within 1-3 Days. Some areas may take an extra few days to arrive.
Orders exceeding 13 Oz Total Shipping Weight - Are shipped out via USPS Standard Mail within 24 hours of your purchase. Most areas within the Domestic US can expect delivery within 1-3 Days. Some areas may take an extra few days to arrive.
Express Shipping - If you have elected Express Shipping / Overnight Shipping, your order will be prioritized accordingly and despatched from our facility that same day for orders received before 2:00pm CST.
International Shipping Shipped out via USPS First Class Mail within 24 hours of your purchase. Most major International Centers can expect delivery within 7-15 Business Days. REFUND & RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please Contact Us on this website within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve your concerns.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if it/they has/have been dropped, broken or in any way mishandled or abused.
Return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via USPS First Class Mail and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damage to goods during transit; we recommend you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Deeveeant will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
